1. About Rezbee and These Terms

• Rezbee operates a digital platform that helps customers ("Users") discover and book services offered by independent businesses and professionals ("Providers"). Providers may invite their staff or assistants ("Workers") to use certain features of the platform.
• Rezbee is a technology platform. Except where expressly stated, Rezbee does not provide the services that Users book; those services are provided solely by Providers who operate independently from Rezbee.
• These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Rezbee governing your use of the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data and forms part of these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, keep it up to date, and complete any required verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.
• You may sign up using email/password or supported single sign-on (e.g., Google). By using any third-party sign-in, you authorize Rezbee to receive your basic profile details from that service.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

• Users: You may browse, book, review, and interact with Providers through the App. You agree to honor booked appointments and comply with applicable Provider policies.
• Providers: You are solely responsible for the services you offer, your staff, your pricing, your schedules, your compliance with law, and the safety and quality of your services.
• Workers: If invited by a Provider, your access and permissions are controlled by that Provider. Your use of the App must comply with these Terms.

4. Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations

• A booking is a request by a User to receive a service from a Provider at a scheduled time, subject to Provider acceptance, availability, and policies.
• A Provider may set cancellation, rescheduling, and no‑show rules (including fees). Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with such policies.
• Rezbee may display appointment reminders as a convenience but is not responsible for delivery failures or missed appointments.

5. Payments and Fees

• Unless expressly stated, payments are processed by Providers directly or via third‑party payment processors. Rezbee does not hold or control funds except where explicitly indicated within the App.
• Prices, fees, taxes, and refund rules are determined by the Provider and/or applicable law.
• Users are responsible for any taxes arising from use of the Service. Providers are solely responsible for collecting and remitting taxes associated with their services.

6. Reviews, Ratings, and Content

• You grant Rezbee a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute your submitted content in connection with the Service.
• You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, harassing, hateful, obscene, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

7. Communications and Notifications

• You consent to receive service‑related communications (e.g., verification emails, appointment updates, push notifications). Some communications are transactional and required.
• You agree not to use messaging functions to send spam, illegal content, or unnecessary sensitive data.

8. Location Services and Permissions

• Some features require device location access. You can disable it in settings, but certain features may not function as intended.
• You are responsible for complying with local laws when collecting or sharing location data.

9. Worker Invites and QR Codes

• Providers may invite Workers via QR codes or similar flows. Workers must register using their own credentials.
• Providers are solely responsible for managing Worker access and ensuring compliance with law and these Terms.

10. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) probe or test system vulnerabilities; (c) interfere with the Service; (d) scrape data illegally; (e) upload malicious code; or (f) infringe third‑party rights.
• Rezbee may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

• The Service is owned by Rezbee or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
• Trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

12. Third‑Party Services

The Service integrates third‑party services (e.g., Google Sign‑In, Firebase, maps). Your use of those services is subject to their separate terms. Rezbee is not responsible for them.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. By using the Service, you consent to these practices. Providers must implement appropriate measures when processing User or Worker data.

14. Service Availability and Changes

The Service may change over time. Rezbee may add, modify, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rezbee from claims arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, or interactions with other Users, Providers, or Workers.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or region of residence.
• Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt informal resolution via support@rezbee.app.

19. Miscellaneous

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without Rezbee's consent.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and in-app policies constitute the entire agreement.

• Bu Şartlar, Hizmeti kullanımınızı düzenleyen hukuki bir sözleşmedir. Gizlilik Politikamız kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar ve bu Şartların ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır.

2. Uygunluk ve Hesap Kaydı

• Kendi ülkenizde/bölgenizde hukuken sözleşme yapma ehliyetine sahip olmalı ve reşit olmalısınız.
• Kayıt olurken doğru ve güncel bilgiler vermeli, gerekli doğrulamaları tamamlamalı ve kimlik bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumalısınız.
• E‑posta/şifre veya desteklenen tek oturum açma yöntemleri (örn. Google) ile kayıt olabilirsiniz.

3. Roller ve Sorumluluklar

• Kullanıcılar: Uygulama üzerinden hizmet arayabilir, randevu alabilir ve yorum bırakabilirsiniz.
• Sağlayıcılar: Sunduğunuz hizmetlerden, personelinizden, fiyatlandırmadan ve yasal uygunluktan tamamen siz sorumlusunuz.
• Çalışanlar: Bir Sağlayıcı tarafından davet edildiyseniz, erişim ve yetkileriniz ilgili Sağlayıcı tarafından yönetilir.

4. Randevular, Değişiklikler ve İptaller

• Randevu, Kullanıcının belirli bir zamanda Sağlayıcıdan hizmet alma talebidir. Sağlayıcının kabulüne ve politikalarına tabidir.
• Sağlayıcı, iptal, yeniden planlama ve gelmeme kuralları belirleyebilir.
• Rezbee, hatırlatma bildirimlerini kolaylık amacıyla sunabilir ancak teslimat hatalarından sorumlu değildir.

5. Ödemeler ve Ücretler

• Aksi belirtilmedikçe, ödemeler Sağlayıcılar tarafından doğrudan veya üçüncü taraf ödeme kuruluşları üzerinden yönetilir.
• Fiyatlar, vergiler ve iade kuralları Sağlayıcı ve/veya yürürlükteki mevzuat tarafından belirlenir.
• Hizmet kullanımınızdan doğan vergilerden siz sorumlusunuz.

6. Yorumlar, Değerlendirmeler ve İçerik

• Paylaştığınız içerikleri Hizmet ile bağlantılı olarak kullanmamız için Rezbee'ye dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan ve ücretsiz bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.
• Hukuka aykırı, iftira niteliğinde, yanıltıcı, taciz edici veya başkalarının haklarını zedeleyen içerikler paylaşamazsınız.

7. İletişimler ve Bildirimler

• Hizmetle ilgili iletişimler almayı kabul edersiniz. Bazı işlemsel iletişimler zorunludur.
• Mesajlaşma işlevlerini spam veya yasa dışı içerik için kullanmayacağınızı kabul edersiniz.

8. Konum Servisleri ve İzinler

• Bazı özellikler cihaz konumuna erişim gerektirebilir. Devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz; bu durumda bazı özellikler etkin çalışmayabilir.
• Konum verisi toplanması/paylaşılması durumunda yürürlükteki mevzuata uyulmasından ilgili taraf sorumludur.

9. Çalışan Davetleri ve QR Kodları

• Sağlayıcılar, Çalışanları QR kodu veya benzeri akışlarla davet edebilir.
• Çalışan erişimlerinin yönetimi ve uygunluğundan Sağlayıcı sorumludur.

10. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

• Hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı, sistem açıklarını test etmemeyi, zararlı yazılım yüklemememeyi kabul edersiniz.
• Rezbee, bu Şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabilir.

11. Fikri Mülkiyet

• Hizmet Rezbee'ye veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Size yalnızca kişisel kullanım için sınırlı lisans verilmektedir.
• Uygulamada görüntülenen markalar ve logolar ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

12. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Hizmet; Google, Firebase, haritalar gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle entegre olabilir. Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına tabidir. Rezbee bu hizmetlerden sorumlu değildir.

13. Veri Koruma ve Gizlilik

Gizlilik Politikamız kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğimizi açıklar. Hizmeti kullanarak bu işleme faaliyetlerine onay vermiş olursunuz.

14. Hizmetin Kullanılabilirliği ve Değişiklikler

Hizmet zaman içinde değişebilir. Rezbee özellikleri ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir. Şartlar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler Uygulama içinde duyurulur.

17. Tazmin

Hizmeti kullanımınız, bu Şartların ihlali veya başkalarıyla etkileşimleriniz nedeniyle doğabilecek taleplere karşı Rezbee'yi tazmin edeceğinizi kabul edersiniz.

18. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

• Bu Şartlar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülke/bölgenin hukukuna tabidir.
• Taraflar, dava açmadan önce support@rezbee.app adresi üzerinden dostane çözüm için çaba gösterecektir.

19. Çeşitli Hükümler

• Devredilemezlik: Rezbee'nin yazılı onayı olmaksızın bu Şartları devredemezsiniz.
• Bölünebilirlik: Herhangi bir hüküm geçersiz sayılırsa kalan hükümler yürürlükte kalır.
• Feragat: Herhangi bir hakkın kullanılmaması, o haktan feragat anlamına gelmez.
• Sözleşmenin Bütünü: Bu Şartlar, Gizlilik Politikası ve Uygulama politikaları tüm anlaşmayı oluşturur.
